Terms and Conditions
Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply when you make a purchase on www.beboobjects.com. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer enter into with Bebo Objects (Bebo Objects AB, org. no: 559252-2949).
Establishment of Purchase Agreement
A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by us via email to the email address you provided at the time of order. By placing the order, you accept these terms. On www.beboobjects.com, agreements can only be entered into with customers who have a delivery address within Sweden. Bebo Objects does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years) without parental approval.
Prices and Products
All prices on beboobjects.com are stated including VAT. We reserve the right for possible out-of-stock items, product updates, and typographical errors. In case of any inaccuracies in price or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase. All image material should be considered as guiding and does not guarantee the exact appearance of the product.
Shipping and Delivery Method
We deliver with Postnord. Products are delivered to the address you provided at the time of order, or alternatively via an agent. The delivery method is set automatically and takes into account weight, volume, etc. A shipping fee is added and varies depending on the delivery method.
Delivery
Stock items that are in stock are normally shipped from our warehouse within 2–3 business days from the time we have received your order. When the order is shipped, the chosen carrier's lead time is added, normally 1-3 business days. We reserve the right for possible delays during high order pressure periods such as high season, and possible stock errors on beboobjects.com. We do not have the ability to deliver to islands without bridge connections. These orders are delivered to the nearest quay with an address on the mainland, from where the customer must receive the delivery and then arrange further transport to the island. Does not apply to Gotland.
Delivery Obstacles and Unclaimed Good
If delivery obstacles caused by the recipient arise (e.g., correction of incorrect address, warehouse rent for postponed delivery, new shipping cost for extra delivery), any extra fee may be charged.
Transport Damages
Bebo Objects is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Upon receiving the shipment, it is important that you check that the goods are not transport damaged. Any damage that occurred during transport must be noted by the recipient on the waybill or CMR and reported to customerservice@beboobjects.com without delay. Please note that the email must include pictures of product and packaging damage. Only packaging damage is not considered as transport damage. Visible damages must be reported immediately, and hidden damages must be reported within seven days.
To obtain any compensation for transport damage, the packaging and product must be kept by the customer until the matter is resolved.
Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase
According to the Distance Law (2005:59), as a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the product for a refund during this period, you should email customerservice@beboobjects.com to obtain an RMA number. This number should be marked on the packaging. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns are sent with any carrier that includes delivery to our address. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and bear the cost of return shipping.
GDPR
Bebo Objects AB is the data controller for all personal data submitted directly to Bebo Objects AB and processed within the scope of handling and delivery of an order. The personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and other laws and regulations.

Please note that in case of damage to the return, full compensation cannot be guaranteed. Unclaimed shipments or shipments returned due to delivery obstacles at the recipient are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
